NMVMA Membership Renewal

To renew your membership use one of the two forms below. The fillable form can be filled out online, printed and either faxed or mailed to the NMVMA office. If you prefer click on the PDF form link and you can print it out first, then fill it in however you would like and fax or mail to the NMVMA office.

If you are a new member, have moved or have any other changes in your information you will also need to fill out the NMVMA Update Form and send it to us.
