NM BOARD OF PHARMACY
Protects the health, safety, and welfare of the public by the regulation of this State’s pharmaceutical industry, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacist interns, practitioners, pharmacies, hospital, nursing homes, public health clinics, drug research facilities, and boarding homes.

NMDA's VETERINARY DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
Conducts diagnostic analysis of animal specimens on a referral basis from veterinarians and agencies to determine the cause of deaths or to identify diseases.

NM DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
Promotes health and sound health policy, prevent disease and disability, improve health services systems and assure that essential public health functions and safety net services are available to New Mexicans.

NM LIVESTOCK BOARD
Created in 1887 by the Territorial Legislature to combat the spread of contagious Animal Diseases and to prevent the theft of livestock.

NM REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIAN ASSOCIATION
The Association serves RVTs and para-professional veterinary staff by offering continuing education seminars, distributing quarterly newsletters, providing lists of employment and CE opportunities, and by having the Association bring reports to the NMBVM and the NMVMA Board meetings.
