The proposed model connects NMVMA and NMPHA with UNM Project ECHO, NMSU Global, the New Mexico Department of Health, the New Mexico Livestock Board, and NMDA’s Veterinary Diagnostic Services Division. Activity-specific roles and arrangements are being confirmed.
